What you don’t know you don’t know

This concept itself is simple, but extremely valuable.

The world is split into 3 topics:

What you know

What you don’t know

What you don’t know you don’t know

Most people take this at face value and accept it. However, when you ask yourself what you don’t know you don’t know it can lead to exceptional growth.

Exploring the world of the unknown can be scary, but it’s how we can learn to grow.

Many people are rooted into their everyday routines. They’re stuck and unwilling to move.

Successful leaders constantly ask themselves what they don’t know they don’t know. Leaning into this area means you discover completely new realms of possibility in life.

You may find a new passion, new connections, or a new favourite food. Or on the contrary you might find something you dislike. You either win or you learn, and new experiences is how you find out more about yourself.

Personally, I’ve taken an interest in brain health, exploring how it works and how to optimise it. Another example would be learning a new sport, using different spices in your next recipe, going on an adventure, starting a business.

It all starts with questioning the unknown.
